Hi, I'm Natasha,

I provide psychotherapy and support to individuals, families, and groups navigating the challenges of mental health difficulties and emotional distress in adulthood.
​
My work centres on helping clients explore the deeper emotional patterns that shape their experiences and relationships. I believe the purpose of psychotherapy is to strengthen a person’s sense of agency and foster meaningful, lasting psychological change — the kind of change that allows individuals to live more freely and fully.

I aim to create a safe and supportive therapeutic space where people feel heard, understood, and accepted as we work collaboratively toward growth and healing.
